Mini Fuels & Oils is the backbone for the Mini-Tankers operation.

Management Team
General Manager - Chris Jarvis
Chris has joined Mini-Tankers after a number of years working for Shell
in New Zealand and Australia in a variety of Sales and Marketing
focused roles.
Chris brings to Mini-Tankers his experience in business
management and a strong track record of delivering results across
challenging markets in a variety of positions within Shell.
Franchise Business Development Manager - Brian Retief
Brian brings a wide range of management skills to Mini’s; he has structured, managed and run several successful franchise operations in several different countries, South Africa, New Zealand and Australia.
Having run and introduced the franchise model into his own business some 12 years ago after spending some time in the USA going through numerous franchise business models, he has gained a solid track record and understanding of what it takes to be a successful franchisor as well as the key areas in regards development of individual franchisee’s to mutually achieve a set of performance goals.
Brian has taken over from Dave Tozer and looks forward to the future development of the Mini’s business model.
Financial Controller - Vinny Mistry B Com.CA, Member of ICANZ
Vinny has several years experience in senior Finance Manager and Controller roles which stand him in excellent stead as the Mini Fuels and Oils Finance & IT Manager. Vinny has successfully lead finance teams and has a strong track record of delivering across a variety of sectors.
Vinny brings robust strategic and management skills as well as an extremely solid finance foundation to the Mini Fuels and Oils Management Team.
IT Manager - Ian Hovenden
Ian has had extensive IT experience working in New Zealand and overseas in a number of IT roles. With this experience Ian is able to offer a wide range of IT and business support both internally and in support of Mini Tankers' customers with all aspects of IT and data.
HSSE Manager - Ed Taia
Ed started with Mini-Tankers in March 2011. He brings to our business a wealth of experience in developing and implementing work place Health & Safety procedures and a real skill in engaging team members to make changes associated with them.
Ed’s career in Health & Safety positions started at Pacific Steel where he was the “mills” Health and Safety Training Coordinator. In more recent times he has worked on industrial sites for Siemens and Northpower.
Ed is an enthusiastic and very experienced H+S professional who gets a lot of pleasure in working with and helping others.
Northern Region Area Manager - Barry Winslade
Ten years extensive fuel industry knowledge is among the experience that Barry Winslade brings to Mini Tankers Northern region.
Effective sales and account management experience with excellent business development skills has enabled Barry to succeed in a number of challenging and competitive industries.
Barry has a passion for our industry and is highly customer service focused. He has also owned two companies, one of which was a distribution business so understands the challengers that companies face on a day to day basis.
Central Region Area Manager - Nigel McFadyen
With a solid automotive/heavy equipment trade background, Nigel has over 20 years' experience of sales and management in the automotive and construction equipment industries.
Nigel brings a wealth of valuable experience to our management team.
Southern Region Area Manager - Mark Greenstreet
Mark Greenstreet joined Mini fuels in October 2007 having had extensive sales and sales management experience in the telecommunications, shipping and Mining industries. Mark spent 8 years abroad working mainly in Australia and the UK.
Mark enjoys the challenge of working within the Fuel Industry and is committed to maintaining and growing customer relationships in the Southern region.
Training Coordinator - Mike Gregory
Mike joined Mini Tankers in May 04 after spending the last 30 years
driving heavy trucks both in the fuel and bulk carrying industries.
In May 04 he started with Mini’s as a Contractor looking after
Auckland’s
Hibiscus Coast area and starting the new motorway project.
In Oct
05 he moved into administration and took on the role of HSSE/Implementer
and when that role was redeveloped in Jan 07 he became the Training
Coordinator.
